It's said that "Tom Yam Kung" is one of the world's three major
- The highest chedi (Buddhist pagoda) in the world
"Pra Pathom Chedi" located in Nakhon Pathom, about 60 km west

They say that the gong is the biggest in the world in Wat Phra That Haripunchai.

- The northern most
The northern most province is " Chiang Rai", the northern
most city is " Maesai ".
- Golden Triangle
Where the borders of the three countries cross on the Mekong River; Thailand,
Laos and Myanmar. It's located around 60km to the north from Chiang Rai.
- Emerald Triangle
The area where Ubon Ratchathani (Thailand), Cambodia and Laos meet is called "Emerald Triangle".
- The highest mountain
"Doi Inthanon", the highest mountain in Thailand, 2,565 meters
- Thai-Laos Friendship Bridge
- The first Friendship Bridge: Nong Khai
- The second Friendship Bridge: Mukdahan
- The third Friendship Bridge: Nakhon Phanom
Phuket is the largest island in Thailand, as large as Singapore, and it
is the only one place that the whole island is a province.
