Safari World, the largest wildlife park in Thailand and in Southeast Asia as well, is located in Minburi District around 10
km northeast of the center of Bangkok.
Safari World has mainly two parts, Safari Park and Marine Park.In the Safari Park, you can enjoy watching wild animals living as they like such as birds, giraffes, lions, tigers, rhinoceroses, and deer. In the Marine Park, you can enjoy animal shows of dolphins or seals, an attraction called "SPY WAR" and so on. If you already checked around Bangkok, visit here, especially if you are with kids. |

The famous and big weekend market in Bangkok, "Jatuchak Market".Really crowded. You'll see big waves of people going around there. (A part of the market is open even on week days.) Anyway, you will enjoy shopping anything such as clothes, general merchandise, food, antiques, pillows, pets, plants and flowers. When I made a first visit, the heat and the people made me feel dizzy. If you want to see all around, time is too short, but when you visit Bangkok, try and check the monster market, Jatuchak. I only have gone there by car or taxi but if you go there by subway, the station nearby is "Kamphaeng Phet", and if by sky train (BTS), "Mo Chit" station is close to the market. By the way, I thought "Jatuchak" is correct but it sounds "Chatuchak" to me. Even now, I often made a mistake and call it "Tuchatucha". |

[Bangkok etc 5] Crocodile Farm |

| The Crocodile Farm (Jorakay Farm) is located in Samut Prakan province, about one hour drive
from Bangkok, and it's said to be the largest crocodile farm in the world with over 60,000 crocodiles. This farm was founded in 1950 for crocodile leather products. They have a crocodile show. A great number of crocodiles are here ! Those who like crocodiles love this place but the number scared me. :D If you love crocodiles, why don't you try and go ? :D |
